Track is not just 2 hours of your day, it is all 24 hours of your day. Everything you do is for your sport – how badly do you want it?
You must prepare your body for both the simplest and most intense workouts with the same level of consistency.
Hip strengthening, joint mobility, and optimal pelvic tilt is the bread and butter of track and field.
Each dimension contributes to overall well-being: physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, occupational, environmental, and financial.
Who said the sky is the limit? I always set my goals past what I want them to be. There is no such thing as believing too much in yourself and what you can achieve.

Networking is meeting individuals who inspire you and telling them exactly what you want to do and where you want to go. Ask questions and be an active listener. You would be surprised who is willing to listen and help you get to where you want to go.
Although athletics is a great foundation for social media presence, who you are outside of your sport will ultimately dictate what kinds of brands you want to work with. Your cultural values, background, niche, hobbies, and interests are your brand.
