A 10-week online course that teaches you the tools to thrive as a student-athlete. We take them through a proven system that is guaranteed to transform your lifestyle as a student-athlete.


Any athlete that is eager to become elite! It is for driven, passionate players who want to best the best version of themselves in every aspect of life... especially if you are in high school or college.


The 10-Week Course is a one-time fee of $175. However, if you want a more personalized experience, check out our One-on-One Mentorship page for our weekly, biweekly, and monthly rates which includes access to the 10-Week Course. 


As much as you would like! The weekly module videos are approximately 10-15 minutes each. Including bonus interviews, workout videos, and printable workbooks, we recommend spending at least 30 min per week on the course. We totally understand that you have other obligations, but taking consistent action is the first step to unlocking your potential. How committed are you to tapping into your greatness?
